Role Overview
We’re looking for exceptional Senior Account Executives to drive our next phase of growth. This isn’t just a sales role — it’s an opportunity to help shape a category, influence go-to-market strategy, and build long-term relationships with top-tier legal teams across the globe.
You’ll be at the forefront of our commercial efforts, working closely with product, marketing, and leadership to win and grow high-value accounts in the legal sector. What You Will Do
- Own the full sales cycle — from strategic account planning to closing and expansion — with a focus on enterprise legal teams and high-impact prospects
- Partner with marketing and the broader revenue team to map target accounts, define personas, and uncover new revenue opportunities
- Lead compelling demos and meetings with senior stakeholders, showcasing Aloi’s value in real legal workflows
- Develop trust-based relationships with partners to drive joint prospecting and co-selling motions
- Build internal momentum by championing customer needs and aligning with product, legal, and other teams to prioritize effectively
- Be a key contributor to sales forecasting, territory planning, and strategic decision-making within the revenue team
Who We Think You Are
You’re curious, driven, and a natural connector - someone who thrives in fast-moving environments. You have a growth mindset and an eagerness to continously improve, e.g. you are not just focused on closing deals, but care about solving real problems and building long-term value. You will likely bring:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales and/or account management, ideally selling to enterprise customers
- Proven track record of closing high-value deals and navigating long sales cycles
- Strong communication and storytelling skills — comfortable presenting in English to senior legal, ops, or IT stakeholders
- A commercial mindset with experience using structured sales frameworks (e.g. MEDDICC)
- A university degree followed by a familiarity with legal tech, start-ups, AI-first products, or compliance-heavy industries
- A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- A bias toward learning, iteration, and growth
