Role Overview
We’re now looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in helping legal teams succeed with Aloi. You’ll guide customers from onboarding through to adoption and expansion, building trust-based relationships and driving real product impact.
This is more than just a customer support role — it’s a chance to work alongside a world-class team, deeply embedded in our customers’ workflows, shaping how legal tech delivers value in some of the most respected legal organizations in Europe and beyond.
What You Will Do
- Lead onboarding for new customers, helping them get up and running with Aloi and setting the foundation for long-term success
- Own relationships with key users and decision-makers at law firms and in-house legal teams — becoming a trusted advisor and strategic partner
- Monitor usage, adoption, and satisfaction — proactively identifying risks and opportunities for growth
- Partner closely with product and AI teams to surface insights, guide roadmap priorities, and champion customer needs
- Run training sessions, business reviews and feedback loops with stakeholders to drive engagement and deepen impact
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and engineering to improve customer experience and unlock new value
- Contribute to scalable success playbooks, onboarding flows, and lifecycle campaigns as we grow
Who We Think You Are
You’re proactive, empathetic, and energized by solving real-world problems. You enjoy building relationships, navigating complex stakeholder environments, and translating customer feedback into tangible outcomes.
You likely have:
- 1–3 years of experience as an associate at a law firm, management consultancy practice, or in customer success, account management, or post-sales roles at a B2B SaaS company
- A consultative and structured approach to relationship management
- Strong communication skills in English — written and spoken — and comfort leading meetings and training sessions
- Curiosity for legal tech and AI-driven products
- A growth mindset and drive to build in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- A university degree
