**Role Overview**  
As a QA Engineer, you will play a key role in defining and implementing our testing strategy. You will work closely with our development team to create automated and manual testing processes that improve the quality of our product. You will also help design and implement testing frameworks to catch bugs early and ensure seamless user experiences.  
  
**Key Responsibilities**

-  Develop and implement comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for our LLM-based legal tech platform.
- Establish automated and manual testing frameworks to validate our backend services, user interface, and AI-driven components.
- Identify, document, and track bugs.
- Conduct functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
- Ensure the reliability and scalability of our cloud-based system by implementing API testing strategies.
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to improve testing coverage and release quality.
- Monitor and improve CI/CD pipelines to integrate automated testing.
- Help enforce best practices for security, compliance, and data privacy in our legal tech environment.

**Required Skills & Experience**

- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on desktop applications and cloud-based platforms.
- Strong knowledge of automated testing frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar.
- Experience with API testing tools like Postman, REST Assured, or SoapUI.
- Familiarity with performance testing tools like JMeter or Gatling.
- Experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions).
- Understanding of cloud-based architectures (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and identify root causes of software issues.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

**Nice-to-Have Skills**

- Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language such as Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Experience testing LLM-based or AI-driven applications.
- Knowledge of legal tech, document automation, or contract lifecycle management systems.
- Exposure to security testing methodologies and tools.
- Familiarity with containerized environments (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
